Refund policy

We want you to feel confident trying dreamroot. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Because dreamroot is a consumable supplement, we do not accept returns of opened or used products. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

For unopened products, we accept return requests made within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

To request a refund or return, email us at support@dreamroot.co with your order number and reason for the request. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • We do not issue refunds for orders delayed by the shipping carrier once the package has been handed off, but we will help you investigate delivery issues.
  • We do not offer refunds for products that have been opened or used, except where required by law.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected, or once your claim is approved. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
