Shipping policy

We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after they are placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 3-7 business days
• International: 7-21 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please note:

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
• We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
• Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to change or cancel it if it has already entered processing.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal to pay customs fees, we may offer a reshipment or refund at our discretion, less any shipping charges or costs incurred.
